Agreement
By working with Stargirl Strategy, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
These terms sit alongside your proposal, invoice, scope of work, or service agreement. If there is a conflict between these terms and a signed commercial agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Services
We provide strategy, content, social media management, creative direction, and related consulting services. Every engagement is scoped individually, including deliverables, timing, responsibilities, and fees.
Strategy work is collaborative. We bring research, judgment, and execution. You bring context, timely decisions, approvals, and access where needed. We do not ethically guarantee specific revenue, follower, or virality outcomes.
Payment Terms
Projects may require a deposit before work begins. Ongoing retainers are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoice terms, due dates, and fees are stated in your proposal or invoice.
Late payments may pause work and may incur additional charges where permitted. Third-party costs such as ad spend, stock, tools, photography, or platform fees are not included unless we explicitly say they are.
Note: Deposits are generally non-refundable once project time has been reserved or work has started.
Cancellation
If you need to pause or cancel a project, written notice is required. You remain responsible for work completed, time reserved, and any non-cancellable third-party commitments made for the project.
We may also pause or terminate an engagement in cases such as non-payment, abusive behaviour, repeated approval delays, or a breakdown in the working relationship.
Intellectual Property
You own the final approved deliverables created for you once all agreed fees have been paid in full. We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, methods, templates, frameworks, and working files unless otherwise agreed.
Unless confidentiality was agreed in writing before the work starts, we may show completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
Limitation of Liability
We provide services using reasonable care and professional judgment, but strategy and creative work inherently involve variables outside our control. Services are provided without guarantees of commercial outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount paid to us for the relevant work.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws stated in your agreement or, if no agreement specifies otherwise, by the laws of the jurisdiction where Stargirl Strategy operates the engagement. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be the version published on this page.
